Xeluxe FZ LLC is urgently hiring Document Controller for their organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with document control software and systems- ACONEX
- Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction or contracting industry.
- Proficient in document control software and systems- ACONEX
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Receive, log, track, and distribute project documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure that all project documents are organized, filed, and labeled in a clear and accessible manner.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to collect and distribute documents as per project requirements.
- Monitor document submissions to verify completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures.
- Manage electronic document storage systems and maintain document databases.
- Facilitate the retrieval of documents as required by project teams and external parties.
- Maintain and update a master document register, tracking revisions, versions, and document status.
- Assist in the preparation of transmittals, document transcriptions, and archiving of historical project data.
- Ensure compliance with document control policies procedures, and relevant industry standards.
- Prepare regular reports on document control activities, including document status, distribution, and document-related issues.
- Provide support to project teams during audits, inspections, and document reviews.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Document Management, or a related field.
Job Duration: Full time
Salary: AED 5000-6000 per month
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with ACONEX platform
- Driving License preferable
- Relocate to Dubai if required
